Pooled tokens
Section titled “Pooled tokens”Every paid seat adds 50M tokens to one shared monthly pool for the org, a five-person Pro team shares 250M tokens, not five separate buckets. The pool resets each billing period. When a Free org hits its allowance, generation stops until the next month.
Prepaid credits & overage
Section titled “Prepaid credits & overage”When a Pro org exceeds its pooled tokens, usage burns prepaid dollar credits (never available on Free). Buy credit packs from Settings → Usage & billing. Overage is charged at model cost with a margin, you only pay for what you use beyond the pool.
Auto-reload
Section titled “Auto-reload”Turn on auto-reload to avoid ever stopping mid-build. When your balance drops below a threshold you set, you get an email and a one-click top-up for a credit pack you choose.
Discounts
Section titled “Discounts”Have a promotion code? Enter it at checkout, it applies a coupon (percentage or fixed amount, one-time or recurring).
Managing your subscription
Section titled “Managing your subscription”Owners and admins manage the plan from Settings → Usage & billing. Manage opens the billing portal (update card, view invoices, cancel). A failed payment marks the org past_due and emails you; access continues while Stripe retries.
Edge cases
Section titled “Edge cases”- Refunds reverse a credit-pack purchase’s credits; a subscription refund does not touch your credit balance.
- Comped orgs get Pro with no charge and no blocking, managed by a CubeDot admin.
