Organizations, roles & seats
Everything in CubeDot lives inside an organization, so collaboration is the default, not an afterthought.

| Owner | Everything, including billing and transferring ownership. One per org. |
| Admin | Manage members, invites, and billing. |
| Member | Work on the org’s projects; sees the shared credit pool, not the money. |
Inviting people
Section titled “Inviting people”From the org’s People settings, invite by email. The invite link expires in 7 days, and the recipient must accept with the account that uses that email address. If the email doesn’t arrive, use Copy link to share the invite directly.
Inviting teammates is a Pro feature; the Free and Trial plans are single-user. See Plans & credits.
Each accepted member is a seat. Seats bill per month and reconcile automatically as people join or leave, you don’t manage seat counts by hand. On Pro, every seat adds 5,000 credits to the shared pool.
Moving projects between orgs
Section titled “Moving projects between orgs”A project can be moved to another organization you belong to (owner only). Billing follows the destination org’s pool from the next generation on.
Edge cases
Section titled “Edge cases”- The owner can’t be removed, transfer ownership first.
- Adding a seat requires a paid footing, a Pro subscription, an admin-set plan, or a comp.
