Gate 07 · Design System

This gate captures the visual language your product is built from, its colours, type, and components, so every screen (and eventually every line of UI code) shares one foundation. The fuller treatment lives in Design & assets.

Unlike most gates, this one is a form, not a conversation. You set the system directly: brand colours (or let the Architect propose a palette), the type choices and scale, and the component conventions, button shapes, radii, the general spacing feel.

The bar is consistency, not novelty. A system is doing its job when any screen built from it looks like the same product. That’s the reference Design Screens and your coding agent build the UI against.
